The Fair! The Fair! Look Boss, The Fair!

We finally went to the Orange County Fair last night. It was so much fun! Hot Dog on a Stick, corn on the cob, and riding on the Elephant before the Funk Brothers concert was the order of the day!

Tonight we are going to the John Fogarty concert at the Pacific Amphitheatre! I hope he sings the oldie Green River (one of my favorites) and the old old old hits from the good old days!
If anyone is interested, the Funk Brothers are playing tonight through Friday on the fairgrounds for FREE! You should not miss this one, especially if you love Motown!

Has anybody missed Washburn?

Hey! Has anybody missed Washburn in the OC Weekly? If you haven't already noticed, his column "Lost in OC" has been dropped, and he no longer has a forum anymore! I think Jim is going to set up his own blog site soon, and I will keep you posted when he does so you can get your "dose" of Washburn...
